Nope, Bacon wasn’t even at the table when I took that picture. I just wanted to capture the tasty, tasty 한우. It will forever hold a special place in my heart (or at least my arteries), alongside the Peter Luger steak I ate two years ago and the Kobe beef burger I had in Vegas. Best beef I’ve had in Korea, hands down, and some of the best I’ve had in the world. We had the 1++ cuts, so it really didn’t need any seasoning. Just a minute or two on the grill, a dash of salt, and good to go. We ended up going back the next day for lunch, haha.
